For two decades, I navigated the dynamic roles of an active-duty military wife, mother, and adventurer. That foundation of resilience, adaptability, and finding strength in transition now guides my work. I have since spent almost two decades navigating the post-military phase of life, raising grown children, and embracing the unique challenges and opportunities of midlife.
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy quilting, reading, and challenging myself on the trail—I even hiked the Camino de Santiago!
As an empty nester, I’m leaning into the joy of this new chapter—falling in love with my marriage all over again and soaking up every moment with my three sons, their wives, and my three grandsons. I want to make the most of every season, and I’m here to help you do the same with yours.
